ViRTUAL CLASS FAQ

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP?
Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email with a passcode and the link to access the virtual class. Don't see it in your main inbox? Sometimes automated emails can take a few minutes, but also be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Send us an email.
WHAT MATERIALS AND TOOLS DO I NEED FOR THE WORKSHOP?
We've included a list of all the tools and materials used in the virtual class right on the virtual class page, but at the very least, you'll need some clay (and not the air-dry stuff)!
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TECHNIQUES OR TOOLS USED?
While Natasha's teaching is pretty rad, if you have a question, you can send an email and she'll be sure to follow up with you directly.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?
Tech glitches are the worst, but they definitely can happen. If you're really struggling to access the class or having any issue with the video, please send us a message and our website manager will follow up.
CAN I SELL THE PALETTES I MAKE USING THE TECHNIQUES I LEARN IN THIS VIRTUAL CLASS?
Abso-frickin-lutely! We literally made this video for the small-batch potters who reach out for tips on making their own palettes. Let us know how it goes (even better, tag us or send us a pic of your work). ☺
