We might use these images on our website, social media, or other promotional materials to showcase the awesome stuff happening at Sugarhouse Ceramic Co. You also waive your right to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness appears.

We aim to keep things safe and enjoyable, but pottery can get a bit messy and unpredictable. By participating in activities at our studio, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including the use of studio equipment like slab rollers, exacto knives, and sharp carving tools. There is a possible risk of cutting oneself. You agree that participation is voluntary and that you have considered all risks. You agree that Sugarhouse Ceramic Co., its owners (that's us, Brett and Natasha), and employees are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that might occur while you're here. You will be solely responsible for all costs related to any medical treatment, transportation, and/or evacuation if needed.

You’re cool with us using photos or videos of you and your work if you opt-in. You understand that pottery can be a bit risky and you’re taking responsibility for your own safety. If anything goes wrong, you won’t hold us or our team accountable. You understand that this waiver is governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Kings County. If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid, the rest of it will still be enforceable. By signing below, you agree to the terms of this Photo Release and Liability Waiver.
