These lion/dog ornaments are inspired by a vintage black metal nutcracker Brett & I picked up on a road trip last summer. It was simply labelled ‘lion/dog’ so we’ve called it that ever since. It has the strangest proportions, like someone tried to draw either a lion or dog from memory. When we brought it home and put it on our bookshelf, our dog Peppermint noticed immediately and spent a while barking at it. These ornaments are hand cut, fired, and painted in our Nova Scotia studio.
Ornaments are made by the Sugarhouse Ceramic Co. team and come hand-stamped with our logo. Each is one of a kind and may differ very slightly from photo.

We offer a few different options in terms of shipping pricing.
For Canada & USA orders, we offer FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders OVER $175.
For orders shipping to the Unites States, we offer $18 USD Flat Rate Tracked Shipping that is Tariff-Free.
For orders shipping to the UK, France, and Australia, we offer International Parcel Air and Xpresspost International. We have also added a flat rate option of $25 USD for larger orders placed with our shop.
